How do I place an order?

Ordering works a little differently to a typical online shop, so here is the full run-through. Browse the compounds, add what you would like to your cart, and go to checkout. Instead of paying by card on the spot, you enter your details and we email you an invoice with our bank account details. You then pay by bank transfer, quoting the reference on the invoice. As soon as that payment lands and we match it to your order, we pack everything up and send it out. Until the transfer clears, your order sits as awaiting payment - so if you are in a hurry, a faster transfer such as PayID or Osko gets things moving sooner.

How long does shipping take?

Every order ships from our base in Perth, Western Australia, via Australia Post. Once your bank transfer has cleared and we have packed your order, it goes out and you will get a tracking email. How long it takes to reach you depends on where in Australia you are - orders within WA tend to arrive quickest, and the eastern states take a little longer. Express Post is available at checkout as a paid upgrade if you want it sooner. Your Australia Post tracking link always shows the most accurate, up-to-date delivery estimate for your address.

We ship within Australia only, dispatched from Perth. At the moment we do not offer international shipping - every order goes to an Australian address through Australia Post. If you are outside Australia, we are unfortunately not able to send to you right now, so please do not place an order expecting overseas delivery.

How much is shipping?

Both delivery speeds are shown at checkout before you pay - nothing extra is added afterwards. Standard shipping is a flat $10 and arrives in 5-7 days; Express Post is a flat $20 and arrives in 2-3 business days. If your order comes to $250 or more, standard shipping is free - Express stays $20 if you want the faster window. Your full total is displayed on the checkout page before you commit.

Where in Perth do you ship from?

We are based in Perth, Western Australia, and every order is picked, packed and lodged with Australia Post from here. We are an online-only supplier, so there is no public shopfront address to visit - orders are dispatched to you rather than collected. Being local does mean Perth and wider WA orders travel the shortest leg of the network. Every compound is supplied strictly for research use, with its batch-matched lab report saved to your account.

How fast is delivery within Perth, and to regional WA?

The delivery windows are the same nationally - standard in 5-7 days, Express Post in 2-3 business days, with pricing set out in the shipping answer above. What differs is the distance: because your parcel starts in Perth rather than crossing the country, Perth and regional WA addresses sit at the short end of them. The clock starts when your bank transfer clears and we lodge the parcel, not when you place the order. Once it is on its way, your Australia Post tracking link gives the most accurate estimate for your exact address - we would rather point you at the real number than promise one we do not control.

Do your orders go through customs?

No. We ship within Australia only, and every parcel is dispatched domestically from Perth via Australia Post - it never leaves the country, never enters it, and never passes through customs or a border inspection. That is the practical difference between ordering from an Australian supplier and ordering from overseas: there is no import step in the journey that can delay your parcel. If you are outside Australia, we are not able to send to you, so please do not order expecting overseas delivery.

Can I collect in person in Perth?

No - we do not offer in-person collection or a Perth pickup point, and there is no counter to visit. Everything is dispatched by Australia Post in plain, unbranded packaging with tracking emailed once it is on its way. If you are in Perth and want it quickly, Express Post at checkout is the fastest option we have.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once we have packed your order and handed it to Australia Post, we automatically email you a tracking number. Drop that number into the Australia Post website or app to follow your parcel from Perth to your door and see its estimated delivery date. If you created an account at checkout, your order and its current status are saved there too, so you can check back any time. If a tracking email has not arrived yet, it usually just means your bank transfer has not cleared or the order has not been dispatched - email us and we will check.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your parcel turns up damaged, do not throw anything away. Keep the outer packaging, the vial, and the label exactly as they arrived, and take a few clear photos showing the damage. Then email us at hello@formlaboratories.com with your order reference and those photos as soon as you can. We will review it and, for anything that has arrived damaged on arrival, sort out a refund. Hanging onto the packaging and label genuinely matters - they are what let us confirm the batch and resolve everything quickly for you.

Where do I find my lab report (COA)?

Your lab report - the Certificate of Analysis, or COA - is not printed and slipped into the box. Instead it is attached to your order inside your account, so it is always there when you need it and cannot get lost or damaged in transit. Once your order is confirmed, log in, open the order, and you will find the COA for your exact batch ready to view or download. The batch number on that report matches the number printed on your vial, so you can always check the two line up. A lab report is simply the proof of what is in the vial: it shows how pure the compound is, confirms it is the right compound, and records which batch it came from.

What is your refund policy?

There are two situations where you are covered. First, if your order arrives damaged, we refund it - just keep the packaging and label, photograph the damage, and email us with your order reference. Second, every compound carries a 30-day purity guarantee: if an independent lab re-tests a batch within 30 days and it comes back below the purity stated on its certificate, we refund that order in full, and you do not need to send the vial back.
